Born into a background of mindful practitioners from my family, in particular the wisdom from my mother, I was brought up to embody the spirit of yoga.

At four years old, being curious about real life processes, we soon realised the traditional idea of school wasn't quite for me (just yet). My home environments became my school, when my mother decided to educate me herself. The outdoors, yoga and the local zoo quickly became my sources of learning; a different kind of curriculum. An early upbringing that I have translated into my practise and teaching.

I'm also an actor. After moving to London to go to drama school, I then ventured to achieve my yoga teacher training to complete the loop. Always with the knowing that the physical body and understanding the mind (an actors toolkit) is the key to ultimate engagement in life.

There's more to intelligence than the mind. Yogic practises and a lifestyle informed by Āyurveda, has led me to this point of sharing, what I've had the fortune of having as my life, with others.

In a typical session with me, I like to the draw attention the tools of the breath, before we explore the balance of playful movement and stillness. Building on your practise, starting at any level. Join me and gain a new angle of curiosity and consciousness.
